‘Game Of Thrones Star’ Jonathan Pryce Is Supposed To Star In ‘The Crown’
The star is supposed to join the cast soon for season 5 and 6 and will be featured in the opposite of Imelda Staunton. Imelda was previously seen in the role of next queen, Elizabeth II. Apart from Jonathan Pryce, the cast will be joined by Lesley Manville in the role of Princess Margaret.
The Crown is the popular historical drama series that has been created by Peter Morgan. The Netflix original series has delivered a total of three seasons still now and each season was consisting a total of ten episodes. In the past seasons, the role of Duke of Edinburgh, Prince Philip was played by Matt Smith in two seasons and in the third season it was played by Tobias Menzies. Netflix is all set to renew the series for the fourth season and it is slated to hit the screen somewhere in 2020. While Jonathan Pryce will be seen in the fifth and in the sixth season and as per the reports the sixth season will be the last season in the series.
The last season of ‘The Crow’ was released on 17th November 2019. The third season was starring an ensemble cast that was including Olivia Colman in the role of Queen Elizabeth II, Tobias Menzies in the role of Prince Philip, Helena Bonham Carter in the role of Princess Margaret, Marion Bailey in the role of Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother, Charles Dance in the role of Loius, Earl Mountbatten of Burma, Geraldine Chaplin in the role of Wallis, Duchess of Windsor, Ben Daniels in the role of Antony Armstrong-Jones among others.
